- ¾ cup finely chopped strawberries
- 1 cup (250mL) clear apple juice
- 1¼ tsp gelatine
- 1½ tbsp boiling water
How to make
- Divide strawberries between 3, ½ cup (125mL) glasses.
- Place juice in a small saucepan; heat until just warm; dissolve gelatine in water; add to apple juice; pour over strawberries. Place in the refrigerator and chill until set.
Set jelly in smaller glasses if baby prefers smaller portions.
