Scrambled Eggs with Spinach

  • Spray oil for cooking
  • ¼ cup finely chopped baby spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
How to make
  1. Heat a small non stick frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; add spinach, cook 2 minutes or until cooked through. Reduce heat to low. Meanwhile, beat egg with milk in a small bowl; pour into frying pan over spinach and cook, stirring gently, until egg is well cooked.
