Stewed Pear, Couscous and Yoghurt
- 1 small (180g) pear, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp couscous
- 1½ tbsp boiling water
- ¼ cup (70g) plain natural yoghurt
How to make
- Place pear in a small saucepan; cover with water; bring to the boil, then simmer just until pear is tender, about 8 minutes; drain.
- Place couscous in a small heatproof bowl; pour over boiling water; cover and stand for about 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork; mix with pear and yoghurt.
