- 1 medium (230g) pear, peeled, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup (40g) frozen mixed berries, thawed
How to make
- Place pear in a small saucepan, cover with water; bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer until just tender. Drain, reserving ½ cup (125mL) cooking liquid.
- Push berries through a sieve; discard seeds, add berry puree to pear, puree or mash according to baby’s age, adding some reserved cooking liquid for a thinner consistency if required.
