Chicken and Corn Puree Recipe

Ingredients
  • 100g finely chopped or minced chicken breast fillet
  • 125g can creamed corn
  • ½ cup (125mL) water
How to make
  1. Place chicken and corn in a small saucepan; cover with water; bring to the boil and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Place chicken mixture in a food processor or blender; process until smooth or mash according to baby’s age.
Tips

Double the quantity and store extra in the freezer for later use.
