Potato and Kumara Wedges
Makes 20-24 wedges
- 2-3 medium (600g) potatoes or kumara, peeled (optional) and wedged
How to make
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan forced).
- Lightly spray potatoes/kumara with oil.
- Bake until golden and tender, approx. 20-25 minutes.
Check temperature before serving, as the middle stays hot for quite a while.
Serve with Homemade Tomato Sauce.
