Potato and Kumara Wedges

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium (600g) potatoes or kumara, peeled (optional) and wedged

How to make

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan forced).
  2. Lightly spray potatoes/kumara with oil.
  3. Bake until golden and tender, approx. 20-25 minutes.

Tips

Check temperature before serving, as the middle stays hot for quite a while.
Serve with Homemade Tomato Sauce.
