- 1 (150g) avocado
- 1 Tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp natural yoghurt
How to make
- Mash Avocado with cottage cheese, lemon juice and natural yoghurt.
Add any mashed vegetables to this dip to vary the taste.
Cooked pumpkin and carrot work well.
Serve with healthy crackers, Biscuits, vegetable sticks or spread on bread.
